How we handle your information

This page explains what Agents and Sages collects when you use our website, chat with Sage (our AI assistant) or message us on WhatsApp, and what we do with it. Last updated 29 October 2026.

Who we are

Agents and Sages is an AI agents and digital solutions business based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 96003 15674.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, and your message.
  • Chat with Sage: the messages you type. If you choose to share your name, company, what you need, a phone number or an email, we save these as an enquiry so our team can contact you.
  • WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send to our business number.
  • Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of the chat. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and to arrange a call.
  • To run and improve our website, chat assistant and services.
  • To keep our systems safe from spam and misuse.

About the AI assistant

  • Sage is an AI. It can make mistakes, so please confirm important details with our team.
  • Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model (Claude), so that Sage can reply.
  • Our server does not keep a copy of your web chat. Your browser holds the conversation for the current tab session only and clears it when you close the tab.
  • On WhatsApp, we keep the recent conversation for up to 14 days so that Sage can follow the thread.
  • Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.

Who else handles your data

We use trusted providers to run our services: Cloudflare (website hosting and our chat service), Anthropic (AI replies), Web3Forms (delivering form and chat enquiries to our email), Google Workspace (our email) and Meta (WhatsApp). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
